In 2008, amidst personal challenges—a failing marriage, the weight of motherhood, and societal pressures—Ruchika Uppal embarked on a transformative spiritual journey. Seeking solace and healing, she discovered her true calling in guiding others through their own healing processes.
Ruchika Uppal is a soul-Centered healer and founder of The Healing Tribe, an IPHM Accredited space for deep emotional and spiritual transformation. Her journey began in 2008, born from personal pain—a broken marriage, societal expectations, and a yearning to rediscover herself.
With over 15 years of corporate experience, she combines practical insight with powerful spiritual modalities to guide others from darkness to light. Her offerings include Family Constellation, Inner Child Healing, Past Life Regression, Akashic Readings, Intuitive Energy Healing, and Tarot.
Each session is a sacred journey, rooted in compassion, authenticity, and a deep connection to the soul. Ruchika believes healing is not just about mending, but remembering who you truly are.
